Well I just got back from Northerrn Kentucky. I went down there with a group of folks from our church to visit THE CREATION MUSEUM. What a wonderful experience! We live in a world where the so called intelligent scholars are promoting evolution so it was very refreshing to go to a place that makes no assertions other than God being the Creator.

At 12 noon they had a special speaker named Brodie Hodges give a lecture. For one hour I was soaking in his, what I believe, wisdom on this subject of creation. His premise was that if Genesis 1 is not accurate then that makes the rest of the Scripture suspect. I hear so many believers today who say it just doesn't matter how God created but that He did. I disagree and am a strong advocate that God's Word is true in all aspects. I am also convinced that God created in a 6 day , 24 hour period, time frame. "THERE WAS EVENING AND MORNING."

Our culture today is moving so far away from God's Holy Word. In the USA we have more books, radio stations and TV stations that are Christian and yet we are moving farther and farther away from the TRUTH of the Bible. Human reason even in the church has become so common place that the Truth of God's Word has been watered down. We in the church are shooting at one another, shooting at weather the Scriptures are accurate, shooting at our pet ills of society and the bottom line is they are symptoms of a greater ill. The foundation of what we believe as Christians is being shot down by a culture that says our beliefs are fairy tales.

Let me ask a question, If you knew you would not fail what would you do for the glory of God and the building of His Kingdom? Feed the hungry in the world- Build a new facility for the church- Pay off everyones debt. The ideas would be limitless. What would you do? Would you do something small and insignificant or big and extraordinary?

A.W. Tozer said, "God is trancendent; His true greatness always will be greater than we have the ability to think, believe, or know." Wow! God desires to do so much more than I can even imagine. I believe that's what Ephesians 3:20 is saying. He is able to do so much more than I can even think about.

How much is God able to do for us? I really believe God is good to His Word. He can do anything! James 4:2 says the reason we do not have is because we do not ask. What have you ask God for recently? It is all about our faith.
